Will we still need to go to puppy school?
A home start will point you in the right direction in those first confusing weeks, but every puppy benefits immensley from puppy school. They get to interact with lots of dogs of different breeds, sizes and temperaments.
Do you only work with puppies?
No, a home visit can benefit a dog of any age.
What is problem behaviour?
Your dog maybe displaying behaviour that is natural doggie behaviour, but, if it is a problem for you, then we need to fix it.
How many sessions will we need?
Depending on the issues, after an initial assesment and discussion, generally only 1 or 2 follow up appointments are necessary, but this depends entirely on you.
What can we expect?
I will need some general background information on your dog and will send you a question sheet prior to meeting with you so we can make the most of the appointment time. I'll call you to arrange a suitable time to visit, usually 1.1/2 to 2 hours.
